Samsung STAR : The Magic of Touch

That was the brand campaign of SAMSUNG's new product series named STAR. The first type of this series called STAR GT-S5233A which was released about a month ago in Indonesia. STAR is more alike iPhone which uses full touch UI (User Interface) to operate almost all its features. STAR just has three "real" buttons in bottom of the screen which its function are for calling, rejecting incomming call, and undo button. You won't find any keypads like in usual cell phone because I think touchscreen is enough to handle their functions.

Full Touch UI

TouchWiz v1.0 offers us multifunction features, intuitive and easy to navigate. User can push and drag the gadget buttons in the LCD touchscreen freely. That is because of Haptic Technology presenting real responses when use its touchscreen. Its automatic-rotation display can change easily for optimizing if we want to see the wide content.

Widescreen LCD touchscreen 3.0” with 262K colours WQVGA show us brilliant colours and optimum views. Its 16:9 LCD supports hyper QWERTY keypads to ease inputting data.

Desain

Its compact shape is really fit in your grip. Its dimension is only 104x53x11.9mm. Its thin-square shape with elegant black colour fit up your style.

Widget

Mobile widget can also personalize its screen by some integrated widgets like watch, schedule task, and other useful apps like cosmopolitan.co.id, kapanlagi.com, Fun Place ,etc.

Newest Camera Features

3 megapixels camera can take HD pics everytime you need. With Smile Shot technology, this phone only can capture the pics when object is smiling. That help you to capture the object who is really hard to smile. Touchscreen display like digital camera make photography activity becomes so easy. User can manage his/her pics by foto albums feature. User can also edit his/her foto directly from his/her phone without needing PC/MAC.

Music

MP3 Player can play any kinds of music file format like MP3/AAC/AAC+/e-AAC+/WMA/WAV. DNSe technology can increase accoustic quality including virtual 3D sound effect and an equalizer. Music Playlist is easier to manage with the MTP. User still can hear his/her favourite music when accessing other applications in background music mode.
